We specialize in a private, customized Pilates experience. Sessions are private, semi-private or trio. Sessions are by appointment only and pre-registration is required for all sessions. Pilates is widely recognized as the premier form of exercise to strengthen the core while increasing flexibility and mobility of the spine and extremities. Using a systematic approach, Pilates teaches us how to breathe correctly, how to engage the core muscles that support the spine, and how to apply these principles to everyday life. When applied, these Pilates principles result in increased mobility and body awareness, control of the musculoskeletal and respiratory systems, increased balance, and increased functionality in everyday tasks. This low impact form of exercise is beneficial to individuals of all ages and fitness levels.
